Whittlesea Region Communuty Rewards Program by Call a Local Business is the licensed reseller of the My Rewards Program who is partnering with Dollarwise to market this product.


Dollarwise has no control over the offers provided on this program.  Dollarwise is in no way responsible for any content in the program and will not be liable for any information, promises, changes or guarantees or failure of offers. Dollarwise resells this product in agreement with the Whittlesea Region Community Rewards Program. The program is branded, ‘Whittlesea Region Community Rewards Program’ as a licensed reseller of the program. Dollarwise will not be liable for any losses or harm caused by the program and you accept to indemnify Dollarwise.


You can cancel your subscription at any time by written notice to Dollarwise or it may be cancelled by my Rewards at their discretion or on the termination of the Dollarwise/Whittlesea Region Community Rewards Program. No refunds will be provided for cancellations for any reason purchased via Dollarwise. Please purchase carefully.

Membership Terms & Conditions – My Rewards

Use of this Web Site/Mobile App /Membership Benefits Directory or any other My Rewards distribution / redemption method is subject to the terms and conditions of use which My Rewards reserves the right to amend at any time.

1. Legal Notice and Disclaimer

1.1 You must abide by any Terms & Conditions posted on the My Rewards or any My Rewards Client web site.

1.2 Your use of My Rewards is made at your own risk. We may, from time to time, change or add to Web Site/Mobile App /Membership Directory (including these terms of use) or the information, products and services without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on this web site or if that information is not up-to-date.

2. Disclaimer and Warnings

2.1 The My Rewards web site will not be liable for any damages to or any viruses, which may affect your computer on account of your access to this web site.

2.2 We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this web site or linked web sites.

2.3 You may not use this web site to collect or harvest personal information including Internet or street addresses about My Rewards merchants, including their offer and or logos and any associated information.

3. Definitions in this Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions:

3.1 ‘We’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means My Rewards International Limited ACN 095 009 742, (MRI) the operators of the My Rewards program.

3.2 ‘Card’ means the My Rewards program membership card provided on behalf of the MRI client.

3.3 ‘Voucher’ means the My Rewards program membership voucher provided by MRI on behalf of our client via the membership booklet or internet site.

3.4 ‘You’ and ‘your’ means the member that is the person with a current membership number.

3.5 ‘The Services’ and ‘Benefits’ mean the My Rewards program benefits provided by MRI.

3.6 “Mobile App” means any My Rewards based mobile application, including client branded versions.

4. Acceptance

4.1 Use of the services by you constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions, which shall govern use of the card/voucher/mobile app /web site /online purchases and the provision of the service. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from using this service.

4.2 The Card/ Mobile App remain the property of MRI and shall be returned to us promptly upon your request in accordance with this Agreement.

4.3 We may, from time to time, change or add to this web site (including these Terms and Conditions) or information, products or services without notice and your continued use of this web site will constitute acceptance of the variation.

5. No Warranties

5.1 There is no warranty that any information or service provided or referenced by this site is either merchantable or accurate, that such information or service will fulfil any of your particular purposes or needs, or that such information or service does not infringe on any third party rights.

5.2 While MRI uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the My Rewards sites/ Mobile Apps and Coupons, MRI makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

5.3 MRI may periodically add, change, or improve any of the information, products, services, programs and technology described on the My Rewards site without notice.

5.4 MRI assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the My Rewards site.

6. The Services

6.1 The Card entitles you to use the My Rewards program services and you agree that you will use the services only for your own benefit or for the benefit of your immediate family.

6.2 The merchant reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the offer without out notice. *To access up-to-the minute offer details refer to this web site or Mobile app. If you are unsure call the My Rewards hotline on your membership card for further support.

6.3 Any links provided to other web sites are done for convenience purposes only and MRI does not purport to approve or endorse any of the linked materials.

7. Third Parties

7.1 It is a condition of the membership that you consent to providing information about yourself to any outside party contracted by us to provide benefits to you.

7.2 MRI will not be liable for any mistake, failure or negligent action on the part of any external party contracted with us to provide benefits.

7.3 Members agree to enter into any arrangement with a supplier at their own risk.

7.4 Third party suppliers reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any offers without notice without compensation.

7.5 MRI or any other party involved will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, My Rewards.

7.6 Under no circumstances will MRI be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including (for merchants) damages for loss of businesses or other profits arising in relation to use My Rewards products, the site’s materials or linked materials.

7.7 In maintaining and operating this site, MRI relies upon information provided by third parties. MRI will only provide guarantee when users abide by the terms and conditions of each offer. We cannot provide guarantee against loss, liability, damage and expense if these terms and conditions are not met.

8. Membership Expiry, Cancellations and/or Termination

8.1 1 You may terminate your membership at any time by giving written notice to us and returning the card.

8.2 We may terminate your membership at any time by giving written notice to you.

8.3 Termination will not affect obligations incurred before the termination.

8.4 Access to the web site and mobile app may be terminated at any time by us without notice.

8.5 If your membership is offered via a client or third party organisation, that client or third party may cancel their participation in the My Rewards program and by extension cease your access to the My Rewards program including the web site and mobile app. Notification to you of such cancellation is the responsibility of the client or third party supplier. 

8.6 On cancelation or expiry of your membership or third party membership program access you will, unless otherwise specified be automatically become eligible for complimentary membership to the My Rewards Alumni program and you agree to receive email invitations to join this free program.

8.7 You agree the My Rewards Alumni can use any personal information supplied by you or on your behalf, including and not limited to, your name, email and phone number to send you invitations to your supplied email address.

8.8 You agree and understand on receipt of your invitation to join the My Rewards Alumni you can nominate to accept the Alumni membership at no charge or you can decline the membership by replying “no thanks” in the received email. On receipt of your non acceptance My Rewards will delete all personal information that is on file and you will receive no further correspondence.

8.9 You understand that after acceptance of the My Rewards Alumni membership you can cancel at any time by notifying My Rewards by email on support@therewardsteam.com and My Rewards will delete all personal information including name , email and phone number that is on file and you will receive no further correspondence.

8.10 You also understand and agree that once you accept to join the My Rewards Alumni your complimentary membership will be governed by the My Rewards Alumni Terms and Conditions.

9. Electronic Listings and Advertisements

9.1 MRI does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any listing or advertisement published and disclaims all liability to advertisers, users and readers of any kind of loss or damage as a result of inaccuracy, error or omission. The only type of liability MRI will execute is when the offer guarantee is adhered to (See point 14).

9.2 The copyright in all listing or advertisements appearing in My Rewards products shall be owned by the company.

9.3 The linked web sites on the site are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Links to linked websites should not be constructed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation, or preference by us of the owners or operators of those sites, or for any information, products or services referred to on those sites.

10. Trade Marks

10.1 My Rewards is a registered trademark of MRI. The My Rewards trademark relates specifically to the My Rewards logo and the wording of the logo.

10.2 Other product & company names mentioned on this web site may be the trademarks of other people or entities.

11. Personal Information

11.1 When transacting with you we may ask you for personal details such as your name, address and email address so that we can accurately identify who is using our services.

12. Notice

12.1 Any notice to be given in writing to us should be addressed to: My Rewards, PO Box 622, Carnegie VIC 3163.

12.2 Any notice to be given to you will be sent by prepaid post addressed to you at the last address notified by you to us.

13. Fair Use Policy

Our Fair Use Policy is intended to ensure that our members do not use our services in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner. Such usage may impact the quality or reliability of our services. Our Fair Use Policy applies when you use any of our special offers particularly in relation to the purchase of pre paid store cards. The following applies to pre paid shopping voucher offers. Excessive Use You must not use any of our discounted offers in a way that we deem to be excessive. We consider that purchasing more than $1000 of vouchers per month or $10,000 per annum is excessive use. We will notify you if we deem your usage to be excessive, and in breach of our Fair Use policy and may ask you to reduce your purchase accordingly. If usage continues at an excessive level following this request, we may refuse you access to this appropriate service or offer. Non-commercial use you may only use any of our offers for personal use and may not use any of our offers for commercial purposes. Where we consider your use of the service is for commercial purposes, and then we will notify you and ask you to modify your use of the service. If you do not modify your use of the service we may suspend of cancel your access to that service. We will notify you before we suspend or cancel your service. Without limitation, we consider the following uses as ‘commercial’ –

·     You purchased items for the purposes of resale, resupply or commercial exploitation

·     You purchase items to use as payment to third parties for other services supplied to you

·     • You purchase the items for reasons other than personal reasonable use 

14. My Rewards Offer Guarantee

In the unlikely event that a merchant does not honour the offer as shown in any My Rewards redemption method including the web , coupon or mobile app the member has met all the current conditions* My Rewards will refund the amount equivalent to the saving to the member would have received. The maximum refund that can be issued is $50. To receive your refund, simply send a copy of your bill to the address below. A refund cheque will be forwarded to you within 21 days of receipt.
